1. Services

Webrise provides website development, SEO optimization, and related digital marketing services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Payment

All projects require a signed contract before work begins
Standard payment: 50% deposit on signing, remainder on launch
Out-of-scope changes are billed at an hourly rate
Deposits are non-refundable after project start

3. Delivery & Revisions

Standard packages include 2 rounds of revisions
Delivery time is counted in business days from content submission
Delays caused by late client content do not count against our timeline

4. Intellectual Property

Full source code ownership transfers to the client upon final payment
We reserve the right to showcase completed work as portfolio (clients may request confidentiality in writing)
Clients must ensure provided materials do not infringe third-party copyrights

5. Warranty & Support

3-month free warranty period after launch for bug fixes
Warranty does not cover new features or content updates
Ongoing support available via maintenance plans

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for: search engine ranking results; downtime caused by third-party services (Alibaba Cloud, domain registrars); issues arising from client modifications to delivered code.
